Return Policy - To be eligible for a store credit exchange, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The cost of all return shipping is $6 and it will be deducted from your Lucky Laine E-Gift Card. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any item marked as final sale can NOT be returned: this includes gift cards and accessories.

Damages and issues- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Conditions- To start a return, please make sure all of your items meet our return criteria and then submit an email. Include your order number, and reason for return (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.) If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to complete the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address:
